Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor

Welcome to Spring!

I specialize in play therapy and mental health counseling for children, adolescents, and young adults. I have fifteen years of experience working with children and families navigating anxiety, sensitive nervous systems, twice exceptional/gifted, autism, OCD, high achieving/perfectionism, and more. I prioritize an authentic relationship with clients and use a strength-based approach that is child-led to ensure kids feel safe and connected. I am also passionate about supporting parents and caregivers throughout the therapeutic process. My office is a warm and inviting space where kids can be fully themselves.

I earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. I became fully licensed in 2014 by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors as a Licensed Professional Counselor (#71672) and have been a board approved Supervisor since 2020 offering weekly LPC and RPT supervision to newly or provisionally licensed therapists.

Prior to moving back to Texas and starting my practice, I worked as a school-based therapist providing play therapy to elementary age students and as a counselor for teens in a Denver residential treatment center. I now enjoy seeing clients ages 3+ build confidence, coping skills, and emotional-intelligence. I am also a mom of two and understand the hard work (and joy!) of being a parent!

I look forward to connecting with you!
