Do you accept insurance?​

No, we do not accept insurance. In most cases, we are able to provide a monthly statement of services rendered, which you can then use to file for partial reimbursement through your health insurance policy. We recommend that you review your out-of-network benefits to determine your expected reimbursement prior to your first appointment.

When do I pay you?

​

Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment, unless other arrangements have been made prior. You will receive a credit card form in your intake paperwork and a card on file is required to schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

​

We ask 24-hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Late cancellations will be charged the full session fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

​

Cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and HSA/FSA. We require a credit card on file at the time of intake.​

No surprises act/good faith estimate:

In accordance with new legislation, if you are not using insurance or planning to submit a superbill for potential reimbursement, then you will receive a Good Faith Estimate form from me prior to your first appointment. Session fees are due at the time of service, therefore you will not receive any surprise billing throughout the duration of treatment.

$160/session with Brittany

$125/session with Jessie, Marisa, or Annabelle

How long is each session?

​

Sessions are approximately 45-50 minutes.
